Customer Concerns

At Monticello-Big Lake Hospital, our goal is to provide each patient with a safe healing environment and excellent medical care. We’ve learned that communication and teamwork between patients, family members and the health care team help us accomplish this goal.

The customer concern line is a resource for patients, family members and visitors to seek immediate help in resolving hospital patient care needs and concerns. The line is answered by a designated Patient Service Representative who will ask for your name and a brief description of your need or concern.

The customer concern representative can be reached by calling 763-271-1385.

If you choose, you may submit a written concern to the customer concern representative by either writing an account of your concern or by telling the representative of your concern and your wish to have the concern forwarded in writing for resolution. If you prefer to leave a voice mail message of your concern, please call 763-271-2275. Messages are addressed during regular business hours. Any person who has a concern has the right to request and receive a written response to their concern.

If you have a need or concern, please call the customer concern line at 763-271-1385. If your concern cannot be resolved, we encourage you to submit a written account of your concern for our customer concern process or to call 763-271-2275 and leave a message regarding your concern.
